GMI Releases Guide to Key Metrics
Dear Colleague,
GMI has heard from a number of clients that you would like to understand more about how we assess certain metrics in GMI ratings and reports. In response, GMI has just produced a Guide to Key Metrics. The GMI Guide to Key Metrics provides guidance on the criteria GMI uses when researching our Key Metrics, why GMI considers these metrics important and whether GMI considers such metrics positive or negative in the assessment of a company’s governance profile.
As you are aware, we use over 500 metrics in our ratings process and our reports provide 84 Key Metrics that are considered by GMI and our clients to be of high importance in looking at governance issues. The Guide to Key Metrics provides further insight into those 84 Key Metrics.
You will be able to access the Guide the next time you log into the GMI subscriber site www.gmiratings.com. Whether you are using the Ratings Table or the Key Metrics download function on the subscriber site, you will be able to open the Guide to Key Metrics for quick reference.
